How to Book Disney Vacations with Me and Relax More
Planning a Disney vacation should feel exciting, not overwhelming. There are resorts to compare, tickets to understand, dining reservations to make, transportation details to figure out, and plenty of little choices that can quickly start to feel like a second job.
That is where I come in.
Welcome to the site. I am so glad you are here. Please take a look around, read the latest blog posts, check back for new deals, and visit often. Disney offers, travel updates, planning tips, and blog posts can change frequently, and I want this site to be a helpful place you return to whenever the magic starts calling.

Why book your Disney vacation with me
The biggest reason is simple: my planning service is free to you. I am paid by the travel company, not by adding a fee to your vacation planning.
That means you can have help from someone who knows Disney Destinations well, without paying extra for that guidance.
I have more than forty years of personal experience visiting Disney Destinations. I know how special these vacations can be, and I also know how many details go into making them feel smooth. Every family travels differently. Some want packed park days from morning to night. Some want a slower pace, pool time, character meals, or a first visit that feels easy instead of rushed.
My job is to listen, learn what matters most, and help build a vacation around your family’s needs, budget, and travel style.
I start by getting to know your family
Before I search vacation options, I will go over an extensive questionnaire with you. This helps me understand what kind of trip you are hoping for.
We may talk about things like:
Who is traveling
Your preferred travel dates
Your vacation budget
Which Disney Destination interests you
Resort style and room needs
Park plans and must-do experiences
Dining preferences
Celebration details
Mobility needs or special requests
How busy or relaxed you want the trip to feel
This step matters because a Disney vacation is not one-size-fits-all. A great plan for one family may not be the best fit for another. The more I know, the better I can tailor the vacation to you.

I search for the best vacation options
Once I understand what you are looking for, I will search for the best fit based on your family’s needs and budget. Then I will send you several options to review.
You will not have to sort through every resort, package, promotion, or detail on your own. I will help narrow it down so you can compare choices that make sense.
You may see options that vary by:
Resort category
Room type
Ticket choices
Vacation length
Dining possibilities
Total price
Deposit and payment timing
From there, we will work together until the plan feels right. You can ask questions, talk through the differences, and take your time choosing the vacation that feels like the best match.
I take care of the booking details
Once we have the perfect vacation planned, I will process your deposit. We can also discuss payment plans at that time, so you know what to expect and when payments are due.
After your deposit is processed, I stay in close contact. This is when many of the extra decisions begin, depending on your destination.
For example, Walt Disney World has dining reservation windows. Choosing where to eat can be hard enough. Getting reservations at some of the most popular restaurants can be even tougher.
I can help with that.
You give me the information I need, such as your restaurant wish list, preferred times, and backup choices. Then I handle the little details as much as possible, so you are not waking up stressed or wondering what to do next.

I stay with you before, during, and after your trip
My support does not end after the deposit is paid.
I will help make sure you are ready to go. That includes last-minute questions, reminders, and details that may come up before travel. I will also make sure you have my phone number and email throughout the process.
From our first phone call to your vacation and even after you return home, please do not hesitate to contact me.
If an issue comes up during your trip, I want you to reach out. No question is too small, and no issue is too big. Travel can come with surprises, and having someone available to help can make a big difference.
When your vacation is over, I will check in to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I may also kindly ask you to complete a short questionnaire. Your feedback helps me keep improving and better serve future clients.
The best compliment is a recommendation or a re-booking, and I never take that trust lightly.
Why not just book it yourself
You can book a Disney vacation on your own. Many people do.
But the better question is this: do you want to do all the heavy lifting yourself?
Disney vacation planning includes many moving parts. Resort choices, package details, reservation dates, dining requests, changing deals, travel timelines, payment deadlines, and last-minute questions can take time and energy.
When you book with me, you still get to make the fun decisions. You choose what feels right for your family. I help guide the process, keep track of the details, and take care of as much of the planning work as I can.
That way, you can focus on the part that matters most: enjoying the vacation.
